WARRANTY POLICY
Grabados Monterrey products are guaranteed against defects in materials and manufacturing for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Please note that wear and tear and any resulting loss is not covered under the warranty.
The warranty does not apply when it is used in situations other than normal, when it is altered or repaired by unauthorized persons, when the product presents physical damage due to misuse.
Grabados Monterrey products only cover the warranty if they are purchased on our website or at our point of sale.

PURCHASE POLICE
You will only be able to buy products that are available for sale and whose details appear in the Grabados Monterrey online store.
All our prices are in national currency and already include taxes.
Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, these products will be included in the shopping cart. In this case, you must select the “view cart” option, where you can modify your order. If you are sure of your purchase, select the option to make/finalize purchase, where you must fill out your personal information and then select the payment option you want. (Review payment policies below.)
Check that all the details of your order are correct and complete, since the success of your delivery depends on this. Orders are delivered as the product was selected at the time of purchase, and will be delivered according to our shipping policies. Our system does not allow modifications, so we ask you to carefully review your order.

3.Payment with PayPal
PayPal is our intermediary for electronic payments, you must have a PayPal account linked to your Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card, if you do not have an account you can obtain it at www.paypal.com/mx
Once the payment is reflected in our account, we will send you an email confirming your payment and, if sent, another email with the tracking number with which your order travels.

SHIPPING POLICE
Orders will be shipped through the FEDEX service. They usually take 2-5 business days. If you require faster shipping, let us know in the comments and we can do it for an additional cost of $300 pesos.
Grabados Monterrey is not responsible for events such as theft or loss of the package, during the transit of your order, the shipping company is responsible for shipping problems or situations, we will always do our best to provide you with the best service, following up on your shipment.
If we cannot find you, your order will be returned to our facilities, and you will have to pay for a new shipment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As all of our products are personalized, returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted. The details provided by the client at the time of requesting the work are the precise instructions we follow when doing so. We are not responsible for errors in the job application. If the error was ours, we will gladly assist you to correct it.
Cancellations of jobs once ordered are not accepted.
